Kaiteriteri beach House is perfectly positioned directly above Kaiteriteri beach and the boat ramp. The beach house is situated near the end of Rowling Heights Rd.

2 min drive or walkway via a stairway down to the beach.

Facilities

Entry is into the spacious open plan living area and kitchen. The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining table is positioned so that you can enjoy the views while dining. The living area has 2 couches, a large TV and stereo plus a wall heat pump. Glass windows and doors right along the front with sliding doors opening to the deck makes for perfect indoor/outdoor flow. Table and chairs plus BBQ on the deck.

The 3 bedrooms all have Queen Beds; The downstairs bedroom with ensuite also has a wall heat pump; this bedroom overlooks the beach and bay while the 2 other bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs on the same level as the living area. The separate laundry with tub and garage are downstairs.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars but no boat parking available
