Situation

Located on the hills just before entering Kaiteriteri Beach area. Access is gained from Rowling Road, which leads to Little Kaiteriteri. The home is elevated and gives a commanding view from Little Kaiteriteri on the right, panning to Kaiteriteri and Martin Farm Road on the left.

To Beach

A walk of about 6-7 minutes (approx) takes you onto Little Kaiteriteri beach and a walk of about 8-10 minutes to Kaiteriteri's main beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 7 persons only.

Four bedrooms. On the upper level one room has a queen size bed and the other 2 single beds. Down stairs are two bedrooms one having a double bed and 1 a single bed.

Linen

Is not supplied.

Facilities

The home is on two levels with the upper level the main living area.

The large open plan design has a kitchen in one corner with stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lounge opens out onto a deck in front giving views to the north over the estuary and also out to the open sea.. There is a TV. video and CD player. A gas BBQ for your use is on the deck. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. The decks are not suitable for very young children.
