Situation

Directly above Breaker Bay (beach at northern end of Kaiteriteri). This small beach is a little gem and a favourite. There is car parking above the Home with steps leading down to its entrance. There is a splendid view into the beach below and to the north/east a dramatic view to the open sea.

To Beach

A short walk of 2-3 minutes down the track and stairs from the home to Breaker Bay and approx. 4-5min to Kaiteriteri beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 4 persons only.

Two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two singles.

Linen

Is not supplied.

Facilities

The large lounge /dining / kitchen is an excellent vantage point for the superb view. There is a private sunny deck off the lounge with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave, bench hobs, wall oven, dishwasher and small chest freezer in the pantry, The home has a TV in the lounge.

The bathroom has chub bath/shower and there is a separate toilet room. The laundry is downstairs with automatic washer.
