Situation

The home is situated in Dumont Place in Little Kaiteriteri and has a wonderful view over Little Kaiteriteri beach, back into Kaiteriteri and out to sea. The property is landscaped and lies nicely to the sun. There is room to park cars.

To Beach

From the garden there is access onto a walkway which takes you to Little Kaiteriteri beach in just 2-3 minutes.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only

Three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, one room with a queen and the third with two singles.

Facilities

The home has two levels with the main living area upstairs so catching the sun and making the most of the great views. The living area is open plan with a well appointed kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a TV, video and CD player. Doors from the living area open out onto a fabulous private deck with ample outdoor furniture, just the place for relaxing with that good book and glass of wine.

The master bedroom with ensuite is also on this level and also has access onto the deck. The other bedrooms are downstairs as is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet.

The laundry with washing machine and dryer is in the garage.
