Situation

The property is just off the Kaiteriteri / Sandy Bay Road. It is directly above the sea and overlooks Breaker Bay, which is at the Eastern end of Kaiteriteri beach. Breaker Bay is a small very sheltered beach with golden sands and is popular with many during summer months. The property faces east and has a panoramic view of Breaker Bay to the south, to open sea in the east with a glimpse of Adele Island to the north.

To Beach

It is just 2- 3 minutes walk to Breaker Bay beach using a track from the home and 4-5 minutes to Kaiteriteri beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 3 persons only. One bedroom with a double and a single bed. There is also a divan in the lounge for emergency bedding if required.

Linen

Is not supplied.

Facilities

The home has one bedroom. There is a shower and separate toilet. The main room of the home is a lounge / kitchen with dining table and TV. The kitchen is in one corner and older style but very adequate with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine.

The decks around the home are great for lounging in the sun and have excellent views but the handrails are not child proof.
