Situation

The home is in Rowling Road in Little Kaiteriteri. It is private, has a lovely view and is so close to the beach.

To Beach

Just a couple of minutes.

Sleeping

Because there is a fold down queen size bed futon /couch both upstairs and downstairs the total sleeping potential is 14 (6 up and 8 down)

Linen

Hire service available and can be arranged if not self supplying.

Facilities

This modern home has a well appointed stainless steel kitchen with microwave, electric oven and gas burners, large fridge/freezer ,dishwasher ,plenty of cubboards and drawers with everything you'll need and a good sized pantry for storage.

Glass doors fold right back on to two walls of the living area with access to two large decks giving you amazing room for indoor/outdoor living.

Outside is a large picnic table and chairs that has to be the ideal place to enjoy the view , dine or sit back with that good book. In the lounge you can bring your own decoder. Local phone ,video/DVD player and an ipod /FM/CD player is also provided.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is also on this upper level as is the second bedroom and another bathroom with spa bath and shower .The home has a separate flat downstairs comprising of one large room with table and chairs, bunks, a queen bed, fold down futon queen/bed/couch, a fully equipped kitchenette and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Infinety gas hot water provides unlimited supply. Clothes line and BBQ are at the rear of the house decks.

The laundry and automatic washing machine and dryer is in the garage along with a third fridge and plenty of space for your beach toys and vehicle. Two outside showers and maintained garden plantings and small lawn complete the outside space. There are a number of full size deck chairs for your use.
