Situation

The home is in Rowling Road in Little Kaiteriteri. It is private, has a lovely view and is so close to the beach.

To Beach

Just a couple of minutes.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 4 or 10 persons only, depending if renting just the top level or the complete home.

Three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom upstairs has two singles which will zip into a king size. together The flat downstairs has 2 sets of bunks (4 persons) and a queen bed.

Is not supplied.

Facilities

This modern home has a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas oven and hobs, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Doors fold right back on two walls of the living area with access to two large decks giving you amazing room for indoor/ outdoor living. This has to be the ideal place to enjoy the view, dine or just sit and relax with that good book. In the lounge is a TV with sky connection but you need to bring your own decoder, a video and CD player

The master bedroom with ensuite is also on this level as is the second bedroom and another bathroom with bath and shower. The home has a separate flat downstairs comprising of one large room with table and chairs, bunks, a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. This is only let out to those who are renting the upper ( main part ) of the home at an extra charge.

The laundry with auto washer and dryer is in the garage.
