Situation

The home is situated at the Breaker Bay end of Kaiteriteri Beach. It is very private as it is nestled against the hill in the bush. You get a great view of the beach and over to Little Kaiteriteri.

To Beach

Just a minute or two walk to either Kaiteriteri or Breaker Bay.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 9 persons only + a cot.

Three bedrooms. One room has a double bed and 2 singles, the second has 1 single and a bunk set and the third has another double bed and a cot.

Linen

Is not supplied.

Facilities

The home is on two levels with open plan kitchen/dining, a lounge and bathroom on the ground floor. The dining area opens out onto a small deck on one side and on the other onto a grassy patch. When sitting at the dining table you look through a large window out onto the beach. The kitchen has stove, microwave and fridge/freezer.

In the lounge are comfy chairs, a well filled bookshelf and a TV with Video/DVD player. Satellite reception will be installed by Christmas 2006. There is a vanity, shower and toilet in the bathroom and a second toilet outside. The auto washing machine, dryer and tub are in a utility cupboard accessed outside. Heating is by open fire and heat pump.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms.
