Situation

This home is situated on the ridge above the Kaiteriteri Beach looking into the Motor Camp below and across to Nelson city in the distance. It is accessed by a private road leading off the Kaiteriteri/Sandy Bay Road approx. 1.5km from the Kaiteriteri Store.

To Beach

It is a pleasant walk of about 10-15 minutes to the beach or a drive of about 3-4 minutes.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 12 persons only

Three or four bedrooms. Two have queen beds and two have two sets of bunks in each. The bunkrooms have a sliding wall dividing them so can be made into one large room if wanted.

Facilities

This home is a fabulous new modern home with amazing views of the beach, Little Kaiteriteri and to Nelson in the distance.

It has open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove and dishwasher. There is a TV and combined CD and DVD player.The living areas open out onto a large deck on the sea side and a nice patio area at the back. This allows you to follow the sun or to escape the wind. The home is unusual in that it is only one room deep and access to the bedrooms is from either the deck in front of the home or the walkway at the back. The master bedroom has an ensuite with toilet and shower and there is a second bathroom with the same.

There is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
