Situation

Located in Little Kaiteriteri on the hill at the start of the houses. There is parking outside the Home and additional parking on the right before you turn off from the driveway.

Once in the Home your view is to the East from Little Kaiteriteri Beach reaching to a distant view of Nelson. You are open to all day sun until the late afternoon. The area at the front door receives the late sun.

To Beach

Just 3 minutes to Little Kaiteriteri beach and about 5-6 minutes to the main Kaiteriteri Beach. Many people prefer Little Kaiteriteri as it is a little more quieter in the height of summer.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only

There are three bedrooms. One double bedroom upstairs and two rooms downstairs both with a set of bunks. These two rooms are accessed from the stairs outside.

Facilities

From the parking bay you step into the main floor level. This has a narrow kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and full stove. The lounge/dining room has plenty of room and a ranch slider opens out onto a large deck area. Stairs lead down onto another deck and also to the downstairs bedrooms. There is a TV, video and CD player.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. Downstairs is the laundry with auto washer. A gas BBQ is provided.
