Situation

Home No.44 is at the Kaiteriteri Camp end of Rowling Heights on the hill directly above the beach and has private steps which take you down to the beach in just a couple of minutes. The home lies perfectly to the sun and has amazing views over the beach to Little Kaiteriteri and to Nelson. There is a great garden area and a pool.

Just a couple of minutes via the stairs.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only

The home has three bedrooms. The master has a king bed the second a queen and the third a set of bunks. The two double rooms have views over the beach.

Facilities

The home is on one level with open plan kitchen/dining area that opens out onto the terrace. The kitchen has wall oven, bench hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge also opens out onto the terrace and has TV, video and music centre. The master bedroom with access onto the deck also has an ensuite with spa bath with shower over. There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is a lovely garden with a private path and stairs leading you down to the beach. A large pool, nice lawn and gazebo make this the ideal holiday home.

There is another smaller home at the back of the property which just shares the lawn and swimming pool.
