There is a lounge / kitchenette which opens onto a small tiled, north facing terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, small oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. BBQ, sun loungers and out door dining area.

 

Summary:

This luxury apartment is situated on a private 1.25 hector bush clad, beach fronting section overlooking Sandy Bay and the Abel Tasman National Park. There is adequate parking for several cars, limited, but adequate turning space. A boat could be parked off road on the driveway; this would entail a 40 metre reverse maneuver.

Smoking or pets are not permitted in the home.
