Situation

This home is situated 1.5 ks past Kaiteriteri on the Kaiteriteri/Sandy Bay road. The home is elevated to to enjoy the sea views. Carport, also with ample parking for the boat.

To Beach

One and a half ks or 8-10 mins walk to Kaiteriteri beach or less to Breaker Bay.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only.

Upper level has a double bed and 2 singles .Lower level/ Bunkroom has a double or can be 2 singles.

Linen

Not supplied but linen hire available.

Facilities

Home is on 2 levels. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher drawer, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and separate laundry with auto washing machine. 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite and the other bedroom with a separate bathroom/toilet. Downstairs bedroom/bunkroom has own bathroom with sofa bed and table and chairs. This is ideal for a couple or teenagers.

Comfortable lounge area with TV, video/CD player with nice décor throughout the home. Log Burner for heating Great deck area which extends around entire home with plenty of outdoor furniature and BBQ.
