Situation

This home is on the hill above Breaker Bay and accessed from the main Kaiteriteri Road. The views from the home are amazing and it has 3 decks so you can keep out of the wind if any.

To Beach

2 or 3 minutes to Breaker Bay and just a minute or two more to the main Kaiteriteri beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 10 persons only.

There are three bedrooms. Two have 2 single beds in each and the master is a queen. There is a sleep out in the garden that has two sets of bunks. Here also is a shower and toilet.

Linen

Sheets, pillow slips and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is a hire service available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

You enter the home via the back door into the laundry with auto washer and then into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has full stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a TV, DVD and CD player in the lounge. The bathroom has bath with shower over and vanity and there is a separate toilet room.

The master bedroom with TV has an amazing ensuite with shower and toilet and a corner bath that sits right by the window giving you an amazing view of the sea. The home has 3 decks with lots of outdoor furniture, large and small table and chairs umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also some private lawn area where you can lie in the hammock with that good book.
