Situation

The home is in Martin Farm Road around at the head of the estuary. You get a nice view of Kaiteriteri from the front deck.

To Beach

An easy walk of 7-8 minutes.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 9 persons only

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Downstairs is another double room and one with three singles.

Facilities

Home No.51 is an older home with 70ish décor. It is a large home on two levels. Upstairs has a spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen in one corner. Here is a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge/dining area has a TV with “sky” access if you bring your own decoder. There is also a VCR. Doors open onto a deck which goes around two sides of the home and gives you a nice lookout. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet on this level.

Downstairs are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet, laundry and rumpus room. Outside at the back of the home is an above ground swimming pool. There is also gas BBQ for your use.
