Situation

No.11 Abel Tasman Apts. 26 Kotare Place in Little Kaiteriteri. The apartment is on the top floor of the upper block so giving great views.

To Beach

A walk of about 3-4 minutes to Little Kaiteriteri.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 5-6 persons only

There are two bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the other has two singles. There is also a bed/setee in the dining room for 1-2 people.

Linen

Sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is a hire service available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

You enter into the open plan kitchen living area with the dining table and chairs in a alcove at the end of this room. The kitchen has dish drawers, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a TV/DVD player in the lounge. Doors open onto a nice deck with views to the sea

The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and another toilet. The laundry has both washer and dryer.
