Situation

No.8, Abel Tasman Apts. 26 Kotare Place in Little Kaiteriteri. The Apartment is on the first floor of the upper block.

To Beach

A walk of about 3-4 minutes to Little Kaiteriteri.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 4 persons only.

There is two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen bed.

Linen

Sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is hire service available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

You enter into the open plan, modern kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge. Doors open onto a nice deck with views to the sea and where there is a table and chairs and gas BBQ. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and another toilet. The laundry has both washer and dryer and a clothes airer.

Enjoy the large private deck. A garage is for your use.
