Situation

No.9 Abel Tasman Apartments, 26 Kotare Place in Little Kaiteriteri. The apartment is on the first floor of the upper apartment block.

To Beach

A walk of about 3-4 minutes to Little Kaiteriteri beach and a bit longer to the main Kaiteriteri Beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with two singles.

Linen

Sheets, pillow cases and bathroom linen is not supplied. There is a hire service available for these with prior arrangement.

Facilities

You enter the apartment into the open plan kitchen/living/dining area. This is nicely furnished and has TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen has bench hobs, oven, dish drawers and fridge/freezer. Doors open from this area onto a deck with table and chairs and a BBQ for your use.

The master bedroom with ensuite opens onto a deck. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and toilet. The laundry has both washer and dryer.
