Situation

This home is on the hill above Breaker Bay and accessed from Rowling Heights and then Bayview Road. It commands great views over Breaker Bay and out to sea. There is parking above the home and then stairs take you down to the home.

To Beach

7-10 minutes via the road.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 5 persons only.

There are three bedrooms. Two are doubles and the third has one single bed.

Linen

Sheets, pillow slips and bathroom linen is not provided. There is a linen hire service available with prior arrangement.

Facilities

Steps lead you to the home and you enter into the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has full stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a TV and CD player. This room leads out into a fabulous glassed in room with dining table and chairs and the most amazing views of Breaker Bay and the sea. This extends to another deck with same amazing views.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet and there is another bathroom with the same. The laundry has auto washer and drier.
