Situation

The home is in Rowling Heights, just above Breaker Bay. This property is one of the best in the Kaiteriteri area. There is a commanding view from the expansive sun drenched deck in front and along one side of the home. Your view extends from Kaka Point on the right, to the open sea and around towards Abel Tasman National Park. In the foreground you look down into Breaker Bay with it's golden sands.

Ample car parking and you can back right up to the back door.
There is a small flat at the back of the house.

To Beach

A pleasant walk of about 4-5 minutes takes you to either Breaker Bay or Kaiteriteri beach.

Sleeping

Sleeping for 6 persons only.

One bedroom with double bed, a second room with two single beds, and a third with a set of bunks. All rooms are on the same level.

Facilities

This home has a modern decor. Bright colours and open spaces. The central lounge has large doors opening onto the deck to give you that indoor/outdoor feel. There is a TV. in the lounge together with a video and stereo system. To the side is the modern kitchen / dinning area with stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the side cupboard is a washing machine. The bathroom has shower and toilet and there is a second separate toilet. A BBQ. is provided with plenty of outdoor furniture. A feature of the property is the private swimming pool which is fenced. The deck also has gates to prevent children going onto the road or down the garden to the pool. Keep these gates closed.
